HHCC Calendar of Events Policy

Holistic Horse Care Cooperative members are encouraged to submit their events so that they can be posted on the www.Holistic-Herd.com website.

Events must be submitted at least one week prior to their taking place.

Upcoming events can be posted as far in advance as 1.5 years.

Events to be posted are limited to Holistic Horse Care Cooperative members.   If an event is sponsored by both a member and a non-member, event may still be posted.  Non-member events not allowed.

How to submit:

  • Send an event title, date(s),  and location – include the address if you’d like to have a good Google map associated with the event to calendar@holistic-herd.com
  • Web administrator will e-mail member when event is posted
  • Once event is posted to the calendar, member may edit event with more details at any time.
  • Multiple events may be submitted in a .doc or .txt file or within the body of the e-mail.  The above information MUST be included for event to be posted.

Blue Ribbon business members are entitled to include a graphic enhancement with each of their events.  See http://holistic-herd.com/graphic-enhancements-to-event-listings/ for more information.

All other members may purchase a graphic enhancement for their event for $25 each.  See http://holistic-herd.com/graphic-enhancements-to-event-listings/ for more information.
